WELCOME TO THE SWANSEA PSYCHOTHERAPY PARTNERSHIP

We are a growing group of psychotherapists and counsellors working together to make it easier to access safe, accredited psychotherapy and counselling in Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and Llanelli.

Our members provide individual psychotherapy and couples therapy and by working together we can make it easier for you to find the right therapist for you.

Our members provide sessions online through zoom and other platforms during the COVID-19 crisis with the possibility of face to face sessions in some cases from July 2020.

In addition to providing therapy, we work in collaboration to raise the profile of psychotherapy, strengthen relationships across the health and care sectors, provide training and collaborate on research, to improve the provision of mental health support in the local area.

WHY PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Talking to a trained counsellor or psychotherapist can alleviate the pressure of the difficult situations that we all face and help clients to work through challenging times, whilst at the same time giving you greater insight into yourself and relationships.

Psychotherapy works with  more fundamental patterns of relating to yourself and other people.
